Cancellation Policy

To ensure all valued clients can be accommodated it is required to give cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. No shows and cancellations that are within the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the total service fee. If you are 15 minutes late you are considered a no show. At the discretion of your nail tech, late arrivals may be subjected to a downgrade from the originally scheduled service. It is understood that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please contact as soon as possible if changes need to be made to your appointment. Thank you for respecting this policy.
